Weddings and Events - One Source for all "your needs"

We are a Full Service "one source" Wedding and Event Service Center; providing services for weddings, special groups, families and corporate events.

Summary:
These services include a formal and bridal apparels retail store for ladies and gentlemen with over one thousands gown all types and designs, bridesmaid dresses up to 78 colors, party décor rentals and setup, a Venue and Grounds for group retreats, destination weddings and event Lodging (family home setting with kitchen, as well as hotel accommodations), can also include a 100% full package inclusive of venue with full decor and setup (table and chair linen, center pieces, draped ceiling if desired) caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, special lighting and intercom systems, musician and professional mixers, special color event synchronization, can included city tour site seeing and shopping, and on location group cookouts and special group activities, with an Event Planner to Direct and Management all the special details and be on location the day of event.

Gowns and Formal Dresses:
For the ladies we have over 1,000 inventoried styles in our store in Designer and Haute Couture Wedding Gowns of any style and type and colors, sizes 00 to 32 available, price range $350 to $2,800, as well as the largest in-house supplier of bridesmaid dresses in Nashville Tennessee with up to 78 colors for each dress, flower girl and mother dresses of any color and size to choose from.

Tuxedo Rentals:
Men tuxedos of any designer style, the guys have several colors to choose from with any matching accessories color to coordinator to your bridesmaids, or special occasion gown.

Limited selection of Ladies rental dresses (if you’re in a pinch):
For lady rentals we have approximately 22 bridesmaid styles and 35 colors. Five bridal gown styles, and some flower girl dresses available in different colors.

Wedding and Event Planning:
We have done events with groups as small as 25 people, and as large as 1,600 guests and 34 attendants, from the small park setting to the extraordinary setting in a Country Club; with a budget of $6k, to there are no limited with a budget of $85k. There is not an event that we can't masterfully perfect flawlessly. Full service packages available, turn your event over to us, and we guarantee that you will be happy that you did.

Table and Chair Linens:
Table, chair, tie back or sash in any color, fabric and style at great prices. 120 and 132 rounds starting at $11.50

Décor Rentals and Setup:
Center pieces of several styles and shapes, candles, vases and votive of different style and size, greenery, flowers (cal lilies, gardenias, and bear grass) other floral items can be discussed, table and chair linen, accent décor pieces, gems and marbles, fruit, mirrors of different shapes, column and colonnades of different heights and styles, table top and floor candelabras, pew markers, special lights, tables and chairs, special glass, different ceiling drape styles.

Invitations: In-house and online invitation viewing and ordering.

Professional Videography:
Video Professional shooting and editing. Let’s discuss your vision for layout and your desired setting. We produce love stories, photo montages, slide shows, DVD indexing, projector and big screen view availability, interactive and live screen projection, with many more features available.

Venue – Special Events Location:
This Banquet Hall is a very unique Venue and Grounds for local weddings and receptions, destination weddings, rehearsal dinners, group retreats, families & corporate events and meetings, event Lodging (family home lodge setting with kitchen, as well as hotel accommodation arrangements), can also include a 100% full package inclusive of venue with full decor and setup (table and chair linen, center pieces, draped ceiling if desired), cake and caterer (you may also bring in, and/or cater your own event), a kitchen is available, florist, photographer, videographer, special lighting and intercom systems, musician and professional mixers, special color event synchronization can be included in your package, as well as city tour site seeing and shopping, and on location group cookouts with smokers and grills, and special group activities (to mention a few activities: miniature golf, banana bike rides, swimming, basketball, bingo and popcorn, and much more with a professional Group Activity Coordinator on site), an Event Planner to Direct and Management all the special details and be on location the day of the event. Our banquet hall can accommodate up to 400 guests, and for special events whereas the grounds are included, we can accommodate up to 600 people. Grand Opening is January, 2008.
